With an extensive background working for and with brands, agencies and studios, I have a diverse background in creative, marketing communications and project management. With the ability to develop and lead the big picture or get into the weeds to manage the finer details, I know when and where to dive deep or stay high. My ability to quickly learn and adapt, problem solve, and communicate with others has led to the success of many projects, team initiatives, and campaigns. I am based in Cleveland but work remotely and can travel to be on location when needed.
Creative Strategy & Art Direction

- Developing the creative strategy and leading concept, design, and execution of creative materials for integrated, cross-channel initiatives
- Translating business needs into creative vision and articulating the approach to stakeholders to gain alignment
- Leading the artistic development of marketing and promotional pieces, including print, digital, merchandising and event collateral
- Managing creative and production teams to ensure campaign strategies are implemented within scope, on time and within budget, and adjusting or redirecting strategies as needed
- Ensuring content is aligned with overall brand strategy, messaging, and voice and tone and is appropriate for the medium it will live in
Photo, Video & CGI Production
Do you have a visual media project you need help managing? Do you need someone who understands the process and has the ability to adapt and problem solve as the project evolves?
I can help you and your team by:
- Collaborating and communicating with cross-functional internal and external teams to assess project needs, determine goals, and align and maintain timelines, budget and overall scope for visual content
- Pre-Production: Coordinating creative vision and strategy to align to campaign objectives, ensuring messaging and branding are established and incorporated in all project aspects
- Production: Overseeing logistics and management leading up to the shoot, including sourcing and scheduling crew, talent, equipment, location, and general schedule. At the shoot, serving as the director and field producer, ensuring things are on schedule and running smoothly while also ensuring creative direction, quality, and scope is on point.
- Post-Production: Working with editors to make sure the final deliverables are aligned with the project goals established in pre-production, along with managing the project to timeline and budget.
Project Management
Do you need someone who can make sure large scale, complex projects are in sync and on schedule? Do you need a resource to step in and quickly get up to speed on projects and organize teams on a path forward?

- Identifying project scope, creating project roadmap and timeline and aligning teams to project goals and objectives
- Collaborating with teams and individuals on project tasks and communications, ensuring they have tools and resources they need to succeed and acting as sounding board throughout the project
- Writing project briefs and coordinating and implementing project tasks with internal and external teams
- Tracking progress and communicating updates regularly to stakeholders and working teams
